Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and unused condition; place them securely in a shipping box with your original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
